Option I: Contract Development Products are developed on contract. They are developed in full cooperation with the client. The custom products are fully owned by the client. All intellectual property resulting from the development effort is owned by the client. Option II: Custom Manufacturing Custom products are developed in close cooperation with the client according to the terms of a custom development and manufacturing agreement. Custom products are sold exclusively to the client for the term of the agreement. Upon completion of the Custom Development effort, the Custom Manufacturing Phase is initiated.
