national polymer laboratories produces adhesives customized for your application needs. If the performance of commercially available adhesives has not proved successful, try national polymer. At national polymer laboratories, we design adhesives from the core, using the principles of polymer science to engineer your customized solution. Many of our products are non-conventional hybrids. We build our adhesives using the following systems:
From this foundation, we produce custom epoxy adhesives, specialty acrylic adhesives, polyurethane adhesives, polyester adhesives, polyamide adhesives, silicone adhesives and adhesives formed from high performance thermosets. These adhesives can be used for structural applications and sealants. We also produce specialty pressure sensitive adhesives and PSA tapes and conductive adhesives including RoHS compliant adhesives. We work with clients through the following programs, depending on your needs: 1.) Contract Product Development: You own the Intellectual Property. 2.) Custom Manufacturing Agreements: We cover the up front costs of development and our client agrees to purchase a minimum quantity of material upon acceptance of a prototype sample. 3.) Specialty Products: We provide samples for your evaluation.
